Dr Jitendra Nath

MBBS, FRACGP

Dr Jit has been practising medicine since 1999 and has worked as a General Practitioner on the Sunshine Coast for more than 12 years. He is also the co-owner of Plaza Central Medical and Aesthetics.

Before transitioning into general practice, Dr Nath trained and worked in a number of major Queensland hospitals, gaining extensive experience in emergency medicine, cardiothoracic surgery, and general surgery. He was undertaking specialist training with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons before deciding to pursue a career in general practice, where he could build long-term relationships with patients and provide comprehensive, ongoing care.

Dr Nath has a broad interest in all aspects of general practice, with particular interests in men's health, skin cancer checks and minor skin procedures. He is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care and enjoys helping patients achieve better long-term health outcomes.

Dr Nath is also an authorised Medicinal Cannabis Prescriber.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, watching movies, and unwinding with a game on his PlayStation.

Dr David Pratt

MBBS, AFRCS, DipSEM, MFSEM (UK), Cert. Sclerotherapist (ACP) , FRACGP Specialist GP (FRACGP)

Dr David Pratt is a General Practitioner with over 25 years of medical experience and a special interest in helping patients with complex health problems. He has advanced training in diagnostic ultrasound, musculoskeletal medicine, and regenerative therapies, and provides modern, evidence‑based treatments for varicose and spider veins.

Dr Pratt trained with the Australasian College of Phlebology and completed further qualifications in minimally invasive vein procedures through the international Vein and Lymphatic University. He uses the latest ultrasound‑guided techniques to ensure treatments are effective, comfortable, and performed in a walk‑in/walk‑out setting.

He also has more than ten years of surgical experience in Orthopaedics, General, and Vascular Surgery, and holds postgraduate qualifications in Sports and Exercise Medicine. His background includes working with elite athletes in the UK and using regenerative therapies such as Platelet‑Rich Plasma (PRP) and prolotherapy for joint and spine conditions, including osteoarthritis.

Patients describe Dr Pratt as approachable, thorough, and practical. He takes the time to understand each person’s situation and aims to find long‑term solutions that improve comfort, function, and quality of life.

Dr Simona Eremia

MD MSc (Hon), FRACGP

Adv DRANZCOG, DCH

Dr Simona is an experienced General Practitioner with advanced specialist training in obstetrics and gynaecology (Advanced DRANZCOG). She has a special interest in women's health and is passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate care across all stages of a woman's life.

Her areas of expertise include antenatal and shared pregnancy care for both low- and high-risk pregnancies, minor gynaecological procedures, menopause and perimenopause management, endometriosis, infertility, and general women's health.

In addition, Dr Simona has an interest in skin health, including skin checks and skin cancer procedures. She also provides comprehensive general practice care, including chronic disease management, preventative health, mental health, and all routine GP consultations.

Dr Simona is committed to building strong, long-term relationships with her patients by delivering personalised, evidence-based care and supporting improved health outcomes within the community.

Shanae Hicks, Practice Nurse

Registered Nurse

Shanae is a registered nurse with a passion in general practice nursing.

Shanae is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centred care and helping our patients feel comfortable, supported and well cared for during every visit. She is committed to building positive relationships with patients and working alongside our clinical team to provide high-quality care.

Radhika Narayan

Radhika is a Registered Nurse with more than 25 years of experience in healthcare and is the founder and co-owner of Plaza Central Medical and Aesthetics.

Driven by a passion for excellence in patient care and healthcare innovation, Radhika collaborated with leading industry professionals to establish Plaza Central Medical and Aesthetics—an award-winning practice recognised for its contemporary design, patient experience, and innovative fit-out.

After completing her nursing training in Fiji, Radhika relocated to Australia in 2003, where she has built an extensive career spanning clinical practice, healthcare management, and executive leadership. She has held a number of senior leadership roles across the healthcare sector, with expertise in practice management, strategic planning, quality improvement, and organisational development.

Radhika has a strong interest in clinical governance, risk management, and corporate governance. She currently serves as a Board Member of an aged care organisation in Victoria, where she also chairs the Clinical Governance Committee, contributing to the oversight of quality, safety, and clinical excellence.

In addition to her nursing qualifications, Radhika holds a Master of Business from the University of the Sunshine Coast, qualifications in Aesthetic Medicine, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). She is committed to building sustainable, high-performing healthcare organisations that deliver exceptional outcomes for patients, staff, and the communities they serve.

Tanushi Nath, Medical Receptionist

Tanushi is in her final year of a Bachelor of Biomedical Science at the University of Queensland and plans to commence postgraduate studies in Law in 2027, with aspirations of pursuing a career in the legal profession.

When not attending university, Tanushi works part-time within the family business, where she enjoys contributing to the continued growth and success of Plaza Central Medical and Aesthetics.

She is also the founder of The Natural Nostalgia, a skincare brand inspired by a passion for natural beauty, wellness, and innovation.

Gioia Egloff, Medical Receptionist

Gioia is a marine scientist specialising in shark ecology and behaviour, and is currently completing her PhD on the Sunshine Coast.

Originally from Switzerland, she relocated to Australia to pursue her research and embrace the coastal lifestyle. Alongside her studies, Gioia works at Plaza Central Medical and Aesthetics, bringing more than five years of experience as a medical receptionist and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional patient care. Raised in a family of medical professionals, she has developed a lifelong appreciation for healthcare and helping others.

Outside of work and research, Gioia is a qualified PADI Divemaster and skipper who enjoys spending time on the ocean. She also has a passion for ballet and enjoys reading both English and German literature.

Ayanna Nath, Medical Receptionist

Ayanna has been working part-time at Plaza Central Medical and Aesthetics since 2023, assisting across a range of administrative and business support roles.

She is currently studying a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Economics at the University of Queensland. Alongside her studies, Ayanna contributes to the ongoing development of the family business, assisting with day-to-day and front-desk operations. She enjoys combining creativity with problem-solving to support the practice's continued growth and patient experience.

Outside of university and work, Ayanna enjoys playing the piano and reading.
